César Salazar (Innovation Series)

César Salazar is the Older brother of Rex and Riley Salazar in the Innovation Series, he starts researching at Providence however very early in Season One he disappears and when Providence Searched for him it is revealed that he is under the protection of the Autonomous Peacekeeping Force, César Salazar later appears as Leader of the Humanoid E.V.O Pack: the Celestial Pack, whom serve the Innovators directly
